Victoria (Tory) Clinton has been serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA with the Arlington Public Library since March 2012. Tory has been engaged with the youth programs of Arlington Reads, the literacy program of the Arlington Public Library. She assisted in the coordination of Learning Zone, an after-school homework program and our summer Math & Science Camp. She is currently coordinating Reading Corps, a volunteer-based reading and writing program for children in pre-k through third grade. She has recruited and trained an estimated 28 volunteers, recruited and enrolled 27 students, and developed the training for the Reading Corps project. Tory is passionate about literacy and it shows through her accomplishments as an AmeriCorps VISTA. The best part of Tory is her contagious smile and positive attitude in everything she does!
