Annual Spring Sale Returns

The Spring Book Sale is almost here! Join the Friends and Foundation of the Arlington Public Library for their book sale from April 5-9 at the Meadowbrook Recreation Center. Book sale shoppers can get great deals on books, DVDs, and other items while supporting the Arlington Public Library.

The Book Sale begins on April 5 with a member's only preview from 2-7 p.m. FFAPL memberships are available at the door for early shoppers who haven't yet joined. From April 6-9, the sale is open to the public. Don't miss half-off day on Sunday! Teachers and representatives of nonprofit organizations are invited to stay after close at 5 p.m. on Sunday for a special clearance event.

The Friends and Foundation formed in 2016 as the result of a merger between two previous nonprofit support organizations, the Friends of the Arlington Public Library and the Arlington Public Library Foundation. Both groups had a long history of supporting library and literacy efforts in Arlington through a variety of fundraisers. The FFAPL continues this tradition through supporting Summer Reading Club, the capital campaign for the new George W. Hawkes Downtown Library, and other library events and programs.
