Reclamation Concrete Program Meeting scheduled July 10, 2025

To provide information on the 2025 Reclamation & Miscellaneous Concrete Program, the Arlington Public Works Department hosts an informational meeting 6 - 7 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2025. The meeting will take place in the Community Room at the Arlington Public Library - Southwest Branch located at 3311 SW Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington TX 76017.

The purpose of this informational meeting is to provide information and answer questions concerning construction. There will be a short presentation that details the scope of the project followed by a question-and-answer session. 

The 2025 Reclamation & Miscellaneous Concrete Program is estimated to begin construction in July 2025. This project will improve the roadway in various locations and will be funded by Street Maintenance funds.

This project is estimated to be completed by July 2026 and includes the following improvements:

• Roadway base improvements
• New asphalt pavement structure
• Sidewalk repairs
• Driveway approach and curb & gutter repairs,
• Asphalt resurfacing as needed in some areas

The City of Arlington’s comprehensive pavement management program includes the collection and evaluation of road condition data, rebuild or maintenance activity planning, conducting rebuild or maintenance activities, and revaluation of road conditions.
