City Council Meeting Schedule

The Arlington City Council typically meets every other week, and there is an afternoon meeting (without public comment) and an evening meeting (with opportunity for public comment). Special meetings noted with asterisks typically do not have both afternoon and evening sessions. All of these meetings are open to the public.

Afternoon meetings usually begin at 2:30 p.m. and take place in the Council Briefing Room on the third floor of City Hall, 101 W. Abram Street. Evening meetings usually begin at 6:30 p.m. and take place in the Council Chamber on the first floor of City Hall, 101 W. Abram Street. (Note: If meetings are held in other locations, signs will be posted.)

Agendas are posted no later than 3 business days in advance and can be in the Posted Meetings page.
