Land Development
Planning and Development Services' Land Development regulates property development in the City of Arlington. Land Development reviews and processes development plans, commercial site plans, zoning requests, subdivision and platting issues, signs, and notifications for public hearings.
Land Development ensures the development and the implementation of uses, programs, and activities in Arlington occurs in a logical, safe, orderly, and fair manner, consistent with the City’s Code of Ordinances and strategic planning efforts.

The online Petition of Support or Opposition submission form is currently undergoing maintenance and is estimated to be available again in approximately one week.
