The City of Arlington's Public Works and Transportation Department anticipates starting construction on the Timberlake Drive Project next month.

This bond-funded project consists of rebuilding Timberlake Drive from east Pioneer Parkway to Park Row Drive, with 10-inch concrete pavement, drainage improvements, sewer renewals, street lights, and sidewalks. Asphalt reclamation will be performed on Timberlake Drive from Park Row Drive to the east city limit.

A construction briefing meeting is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, March 26, 2018, in Conference Rooms A and B, located on the 3rd floor of City Hall, 101 W. Abram Street. This will be an open house, come-and-go meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to provide information and answer questions residents may have concerning the proposed construction.
