Lodging establishments should continue to follow the sanitation and hygiene standards in the Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER) City of Arlington Hotel Premises and Sanitation ordinance.  Ensure that sanitation of high contact surfaces and public areas occurs on an increased frequency.  Establishments are strongly encouraged to discontinue customer self-service and group meal service at this time.
