Cat of the Week – Meet Romeo

This four-year-old male Domestic Shorthair is a red Tabby. "Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou, Romeo?" Look no further than the shelter as your new Romeo is here waiting for his "Juliet" or a family. Super friendly is the best way to describe this chill cat. He has tested positive for FELV, but it certainly doesn't slow him down. He loves the thrill of the chase when engaged with string toys. As a follow-up to playtime, he's ready for a good ear "scrunch" or an under the chin scratch. Due to being FELV positive, Romeo should remain an indoor cat and have regular vet visits. With a new pet guardian, he should be able to live a fulfilling life. He is identified as a VIP pet so you can adopt him at a reduced adoption fee. A visit to the shelter should be in your future to adopt this Romeo. Meet Romeo in Cat Adoptions (CA) 25, his ID number is A49904167.

Dog of the Week – Meet Jimmy Neutron

This one-and-a-half-year-old male Pit Bull Terrier mix is blue and white in color and weighs 40 pounds. Here is a lively dog in search of a special person/family to adopt him due to his having some special needs. He can be a bit wobbly on his feet but that doesn't seem to deter him as he displays his sweet personality. While he is fond of treats, he does have a soft touch as he takes them from you. He has a unique "head tilt" when a squeaky toy is introduced that will surely bring a smile to your face. Jimmy walks well on a leash although he will sometimes veer off course. This medium sized dog is definitely a staff favorite and has achieved VIP status due to being heartworm positive and some other needs. More information is available at the shelter. Invent a new life for this cute canine by adopting Jimmy Neutron today. Meet Jimmy in Dog Condo (DC) 1, his ID number is A49827587.

Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, alteration, microchip and 30 days free pet insurance.
