The Subrecipient Workshop is held annually for organizations awarded federal grant funds in the Council approved Action Plan for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). Subrecipients are required to attend the workshop to ensure their staff are trained on HUD requirements and available resources. The workshop provides subrecipients with valuable post-award information and resources in order to be successful in maximizing federal grant funds in strict compliance with federal regulations while providing needed services to low- to moderate-income Arlington residents.
