Arlington ISD, Mansfield ISD Offer Free Summer Meal Options for Kids

Mansfield ISD Student Nutrition Services and the Arlington Independent School District are both offering free meals to ensure that local students can continue having healthy meals this summer.

Now through August 3, 2018, Mansfield ISD Student Nutrition Services is providing all students 18 and younger with a free breakfast and lunch. The child does not have to be enrolled in an MISD summer program to participate. For more details, locations and meal times, please click here.

The Arlington Independent School District will be providing free meals to all children, ages 1 through 18. Meals are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided at a first come, first serve basis.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided weekdays starting Thursday, June 7 through Thursday, June 28, 2018, at various elementary schools. Some AISD junior high sites will also serve meals Monday, June 11 through June 27. High school locations will begin serving meals Monday, June 11. No registration of any kind is needed for students to receive free meals.
