Tiny TreatersA chill is in the air, nights are getting longer and Arlington’s tiniest residents are getting excited about pumpkins, costumes and fall fun.

Mark your calendars now for Tiny Treaters. Families with young children are invited to celebrate Halloween with the Arlington Public Library at this safe Halloween event, designed especially for ages birth to 5 years.

Tiny Treaters is an age-appropriate alternative to trick-or-treating. Games and art activities, photo backdrops and a fall puppet show will make this a fun and memorable evening for your family. Take home a book while supplies last.

Tiny Treaters will take place in the Southeast Branch Library on Thursday, Oct. 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. Because this event is for young children, no candy will be given out and all participants are asked to wear costumes that are not scary.

This event will be outdoors if weather allows but the fun can also be moved inside if needed. No registration is required. Bring the family and wear your favorite costume to enjoy Halloween in a safe and festive way.
