Southbound SH 360 to Temporarily Close This Weekend

30/360 Work

If you use southbound SH 360, prepare for a detour Friday night, August 9. The highway will be closed between Avenue K and Randol Mill Road from 8 p.m. until 9 a.m., Saturday, August 10. Traffic will be detoured onto the frontage road at Brown Boulevard and allowed back on SH 360 at the Six Flags Drive entrance ramp.

I-30 Mainlanes & Ramps

At Fielder Road

  • Nightly, August 12-23, 8 p.m.-5 a.m.: Eastbound I-30 mainlane traffic will be closed at Fielder Road for bridge repair. Traffic will be forced to exit Fielder Road and return on the entrance ramp from Fielder Road.

I-30 Eastbound Entrance from Copeland Road

  • Through fall 2020: A temporary eastbound I-30 entrance ramp will be opened and accessible from Copeland Rd between Ballpark Way and SH 360.

I-30 Eastbound Entrance from Convention Center Drive/Copeland Road Intersection

  • PERMANENT: The eastbound I-30 entrance ramp available from the Convention Center Drive/Copeland Road intersection will be closed permanently. Traffic will continue to have access to the ramp to northbound Ballpark Way.

I-30 Eastbound Entrance from Northbound Ballpark Way

  • PERMANENT: The eastbound I-30 entrance ramp from northbound Ballpark Way will be closed permanently for the construction of a new northbound Ballpark Way connector to eastbound Copeland Road.

I-30 HOV Lanes (Between Great Southwest Parkway & Cooper Street)

Westbound I-30 HOV lane west of SH 161

  • Through 2020, The westbound HOV lane west of SH 161 will be closed. TEXpress lane traffic will be directed into the I-30 westbound general main lanes west of SH 161.

Eastbound I-30 HOV lane between Center Street and Duncan Perry Road

  • Through 2020, The eastbound HOV lane access near Center St and lane through Tarrant County will be closed. TEXpress lane traffic will enter at SH 161.

SH 360 Mainlanes & Ramps

SH 360 Southbound Mainlanes 

Avenue K to Randol Mill Road

  • Overnight, August 9, 8 p.m.- August 10, 9 a.m.: All southbound SH 360 lanes will be closed between Avenue K and Randol Mill Road. Traffic will be detoured to exit to Brown Boulevard and continue on the southbound SH 360 frontage road returning by the Six Flags Drive entrance ramp. EXPECT DELAYS. SEEK ALTERNATE ROUTES.

Mayfield Road to Green Oaks/Kingswood Boulevard 

  • Nightly, August 5-10, 7 p.m.-6 a.m.: The left, inside lane of southbound SH 360 mainlanes between Mayfield Road and Green Oaks/Kingswood Boulevard will be closed for pavement work.

SH 360 Southbound Entrance from Brown Boulevard/Avenue K

  • PERMANENT: The SH 360 southbound entrance from Brown Boulevard/Avenue K is PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Traffic is detoured along the SH 360 southbound frontage road to enter from the Six Flags Drive entrance ramp. A new entrance ramp will be constructed between Lamar Boulevard and Six Flags Drive.

SH 360 Southbound Exit to Lamar Boulevard

  • PERMANENT: The SH 360 southbound exit to Lamar Boulevard is PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Traffic is detoured to exit to Brown Boulevard/Avenue K and follow the SH 360 southbound frontage road to Lamar Boulevard. A new exit ramp will be constructed to Avenue J/Lamar Boulevard/Six Flags Drive.

SH 360 Southbound Entrance from Lamar Boulevard

  • PERMANENT: The SH 360 southbound entrance from Lamar Boulevard is PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Traffic is detoured along the SH 360 southbound frontage road to enter from the Six Flags Drive entrance ramp. A new entrance ramp will be constructed between Lamar Boulevard and Six Flags Drive.

SH 360 Southbound Entrance from Six Flags Drive

  • PERMANENT: The southbound SH 360 entrance ramp from Six Flags Drive will be closed to place sanitary sewer. Traffic will be directed to the next entrance ramp from Abram Street

SH 360 Frontage Road

Avenue K to Avenue J

  • Through October 2019: The SH 360 southbound frontage road is reduced to one lane between Avenue K and Avenue J for construction of new frontage road.

SH 360 South-to-North U-turn at Lamar Boulevard

  • The SH 360 south-to-north U-turn at Lamar Boulevard will be closed while the SH 360 mainlanes and northbound frontage road are under construction.

SH 360 South-to-North U-turn at Six Flags Drive

  • The SH 360 south-to-north U-turn at Six Flags Drive will be closed while the SH 360 mainlanes and northbound frontage road are under construction.

Hollandale Drive to Mitchell Street

  • Continuously through August 17: The left, inside lane of the SH 360 southbound frontage road between Hollandale Drive and Mitchell Street will be closed for sound wall construction.

SH 360 South-to-North U-turn at Park Row Drive

  • Continuously through August 18: The SH 360 south-to-north U-turn at Park Row Drive will be closed for bridge construction.

SH 360 South-to-North U-turn at Mayfield Road

  • Continuously through August 18: The SH 360 south-to-north U-turn at Mayfield Road will be closed for bridge work.

SH 360 Northbound Frontage Road

SH 360 North-to-South U-turn at Six Flags Drive

  • The SH 360 north-to-south U-turn at Six Flags Dr will be closed while the SH 360 mainlanes and northbound frontage road are under construction.

SH 360 North-to-South U-turn at Lamar Blvd

  • The SH 360 north-to-south U-turn at Lamar Blvd will be closed while the SH 360 mainlanes and northbound frontage road are under construction.

SH 360 North-to-South U-turn at Park Row Drive

  • Continuously, through August 18: The SH 360 north-to-south U-turn at Park Row Drive will be closed for bridge construction.

SH 360 North-to-South U-turn at Mayfield Road

  • Continuously through August 18: The SH 360 north-to-south U-turn at Mayfield Road will be closed for bridge work.

Local Streets

Ballpark Way

  • Through Winter 2019: The right, outside lane of northbound Ballpark Way between I-30 and Brinker Court will be closed for construction of new westbound frontage road connection.

  • PERMANENT: The northbound Ballpark Way ramp to eastbound I-30 will be closed for reconstruction to connect with Copeland Road through winter 2019. Northbound Ballpark Way traffic may exit to Copeland Road, turn right and enter on a temporary eastbound I-30 entrance ramp.

Avenue G

  • Through Summer 2019, 800 block of Avenue G is limited to westbound traffic movement.

Avenue F

  • Through Summer 2019, eastbound and westbound Avenue F traffic will be reduced to one lane each direction and shifted to the south side of Avenue F for the reconstruction of Avenue F.

Copeland Road

  • Continuously, eastbound Copeland Road between Ballpark Way and Six Flags Drive is closed for new pavement and bridge construction.
  • Through winter 2019: Copeland Road access to Six Flags Drive is closed for reconstruction of bridges over Johnson Creek and new pavement to Six Flags Drive. Traffic is forced onto the new temporary eastbound I-30 entrance ramp between Johnson Creek and SH 360.
  • PERMANENT: Copeland Road between Six Flags Drive and the SH 360 southbound frontage road will be closed.
  • PERMANENT: Westbound Copeland Road from Six Flags to just east of Ballpark Way is permanently closed. Only eastbound Copeland Road traffic will be allowed between Ballpark Way and Six Flags Drive.

Convention Center Drive/Copeland Road Intersection 

  • PERMANENT: The I-30 eastbound entrance ramp available from this intersection was removed permanently from service. Access to northbound Ballpark Way is maintained.

105th Street 

  • PERMANENT: 105th Street between Six Flags Drive and Avenue E is permanently closed and will be removed.

Fielder Road

  • Nightly, August 12-23, 8 p.m.-5 a.m.: Fielder Rd crossing I-30 will be closed for bridge repairs. Traffic will be detoured east and west on I-30 to the next available exit to return to Fielder Road via I-30.
