Bone Appetit! What better way to spend time with your favorite canine pal than with live music, local beer and dog-themed food?

Dog owners and dog lovers are invited to engAGE Arlington's 3rd annual Yappy Hour Dog Social, scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 7 at the Rush Creek Dog Park, 1900 Valleywood Drive.

This doggie social will feature free tennis balls, contests, and a variety of specialty vendors and food trucks with snacks and treats for participants and their pets. Enter for your chance to win in the "Like Pet, Like Owner," "Longest Howl" and "Animals Got Talent" contests.

Leashed dogs of all breeds and adults ages 21 and up are welcome to attend. Tickets are $10 per person in advance or $15 cash at the event. The first 500 people to pre-register will receive a special edition pint glass and one FREE beer (Legal Draft Beer Company).

Seating is limited, so guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets.
