Ray Wylie Hubbard to Kick Off Levitt Pavilion Arlington’s 10th Year of Free Music

Award-winning Texas troubadour, Ray Wylie Hubbard, kicks off the Levitt Pavilion Arlington's 2018 concert season on May 18.

2018 will be a year of celebration for Levitt Pavilion Arlington as it begins its 10th year of free music. The concert season will be packed with some of the Levitt's most popular artists over the last nine years. Summer concert dates are May 18 through July 22. Fall concerts are Aug. 31 through Oct. 21. Concert nights will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Family Movie Night will be on Thursdays June 7 through July 12. Most concerts and movie nights are at 8 p.m. Summer concerts and movies after July 3 will begin at 8:30 p.m.

Opening weekend will include Ray Wylie Hubbard kicking off the summer concert season May 18, followed by Pure Prairie League on May 19. Additional artists confirmed for the summer include Texas State Musician Joe Ely on June 8, Delta Rae on June 10, Radney Foster on June 30 and Trout Fishing in America on July 8. Look for the summer concert calendar on the Levitt website in the middle of March.

Speaking of websites, the Levitt site is getting a fresh, new look that will be launched in March and will include the new 10th anniversary logo. There will be 10th anniversary T-shirts for sale at the concerts this year as well.
