Temporary Traffic Control Permit

The City of Arlington is now using Causeway one.network’s Plan Share module to streamline the submission and review of traffic control plans. 

Plan Share allows Contractors and the City to:

  • Submit traffic control and lane closure plans directly through one shared platform
  • Track plan status and updates in real time
  • Collaborate with City reviewers to streamline approvals

To get started, contractors should complete the following:

Training & Certification (Required)
All submitting organizations must complete the Plan Share training for submitters before accessing the platform.

  • Watch the full training video
  • Scroll below the video to locate the quiz
  • Complete and pass the quiz (this can be taken multiple times, if needed)

Once completed:

  • Contractors will receive an email with their login credentials
  • The email will include instructions for accessing the platform

Platform Access (Post-Training)
Once training is complete, contractors can access Plan Share here:

  • Use the credentials provided via email
  • Follow the instructions to begin submitting plans
