The Dangerous and Substandard Structures (DSS) Team is working to make Arlington neighborhoods safe, strong and attractive. It is a great success for the community when a substandard structure that poses a risk to public health and safety is restored to good condition.

Fees pursuant to Construction Chapter, Article XVI, Section 16.13, C.7:(, 0B)

• DSS Administrative Fee: $375 + Contractor’s Fee, per Abatement
