Arlington CVB Offers Support Services for Film Productions

Published on October 02, 2026

A modern hotel room features a large bed with white linens and multiple pillows, a soft gray headboard, and wooden bedside tables with lamps.

The Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau (ACVB) is expanding its services to support film projects in the city, working alongside the Arlington, TX Film Commission to streamline lodging, catering and transportation needs for visiting productions.

The ACVB is offering group booking assistance for productions needing rooms. CVB staff will distribute hotel bids and requests for proposals to multiple Arlington properties, provide lodging recommendations based on production needs and coordinate site inspections and familiarization tours. The bureau also supplies catering lists and identifies transportation options for crews.
