Arlington residents now have improved access to employment resources and career‑building services with the opening of the newly relocated Arlington Workforce Center, operated by Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County. The upgraded facility is designed to serve as a welcoming, one‑stop hub where job seekers, employers and community partners can connect with the tools they need to succeed.

The center brings several key workforce organizations together under one roof, including the Texas Veterans Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission – Vocational Rehabilitation program. This co‑location model allows residents to access a wide range of services in a single visit, from job search assistance and career coaching to veteran‑specific support and disability‑related employment services.

By streamlining these resources, the Arlington Workforce Center aims to reduce barriers and create a more efficient path to employment. Job seekers can meet with trained staff, explore training opportunities, learn about in‑demand careers and connect directly with local employers. Businesses benefit from a centralized location where they can find qualified candidates, participate in hiring events and collaborate on workforce development initiatives.

The Arlington Workforce Center is located at 2000 E. Lamar Blvd, Suite 100, Arlington, TX 76006. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
