Whether your business specializes in plumbing or custom-embroidered polos, the City of Arlington wants to learn more about your goods and services.
Local businesses are invited to attend the upcoming City of Arlington Reverse Trade Show to connect with city departments on possible bid and contract opportunities. The event, free and open to the public, is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2026, in the Main Hall at the Bob Duncan Center, 2800 S. Center St.
Arlington is seeking businesses and vendors in trade services, such as landscaping, electricians, plumbing, concrete work and janitorial, as well as vendors who sells items such as uniforms, furniture, chemicals and maintenance and repair supplies, to attend. No registration is required to attend.
“The City of Arlington is always looking for new and innovative ways to reach out to our potential suppliers and vendors. With us hosting this event, it allows businesses to meet face to face with the decision makers in city departments. The Office of Procurement is looking forward to bringing these parties together, with the hopes of creating new business relationships down the road,” Procurement Manager Will Velasco said.
Instead of sitting at booths, business and vendor representatives can roam the trade show floor to meet with city department representatives and identify opportunities. Participants are encouraged to bring business cards, a capability statement, a pen and notepad and the readiness to network. The City also hosted a Reverse Trade Show in 2025.
