Warrant Resolution encourages defendants to voluntarily come into compliance with their outstanding court obligations. Individuals who are concerned that they have an outstanding City of Arlington warrant or have received a violation and are unsure of what options are available, are encouraged to contact the Arlington Municipal Court. If you have an outstanding citation, you are encouraged to call, email, visit the city web page, or come to the court in-person to take the necessary steps to resolve the matter.

As an incentive to resolve warrants during this timeframe, the City of Arlington Municipal Court will waive collection agency fees on warrants paid in full between February 23rd, 2026, to March 13th, 2026. To receive this incentive, the official warrant notice is required to be presented. Individuals with warrants in jurisdictions other than Arlington should contact those jurisdictions for information about how to clear those warrants.

Under State law, the Arlington Municipal Court is a Safe Harbor Court. This means individuals can voluntarily appear at any time- not just during the campaign- to address outstanding violations without fear of arrest on Arlington Municipal Court warrants. This longstanding initiative continues the court's commitment to helping defendants voluntarily resolve outstanding court obligations.

“Carrying the weight of an unresolved warrant can disrupt daily life and create unnecessary stress. Our Safe Harbor protections offer defendants the opportunity to take accountability, resolve violations responsibly, and clear their warrants without fear of arrest. Take the first step: come to the Court, explore your options to get back into compliance, and move forward with confidence and peace of mind.” Court Administrator Jake Medrano said.

The Municipal Court’s business hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday for court clerk customer services and payments. The Arlington Municipal Court is located inside City Tower at 101 S. Mesquite St., at the Northeast corner of Abram and Mesquite Streets.
