The City of Arlington has issued more than 1,000 permits for residential housing, including single-family, multi-family, remodels, additions and other property improvements in the first quarter of 2025, according to the latest Quarterly Development Profile.
The Quarterly Development Profile provides basic growth statistics and is produced by the City of Arlington’s Department of Planning & Development Services. The publication includes permitting activity and the locations of new single-family and multifamily construction projects occurring within The American Dream City.
In Q1, the City finaled 87 single-family and 56 multi-family housing units. Currently, the City has 106,459 single-family and 52,537 multi-family units.
