Create Wellspring Hosts “Beyond Borders: Contemporary Visions of Latin America” on July 17

Create Wellspring invites the public to an opening reception celebrating Beyond Borders: Contemporary Visions of Latin America, an exciting new exhibition featuring the work of 10 local artists. The reception will be held Thursday, July 17, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Create Texas Gallery, located at 201 W. Main Street, Arlington, TX.

Beyond Borders explores Latin America’s rich cultural heritage, modern identities, and global influence through a vibrant range of contemporary art. This curated exhibit includes works that span topics such as landscapes, iconic figures, current events, and soccer’s cultural significance.

The complementary reception offers an opportunity to meet the featured artists, enjoy live music, and engage with powerful, thought-provoking works. The exhibit is part of Create Texas’s ongoing mission to support underrepresented creatives and foster cultural dialogue in the heart of Downtown Arlington.

The exhibit officially opened on July 17 and will remain on view through August 28, 2025.
