Retiree Reunion and Benefit Expo is August 1, 2025
The City of Arlington invites you to a special event on Friday, August 1st dedicated to celebrating your service and helping you stay informed about your retiree benefits!

This will be a come-and-go event where you’ll have the opportunity to:
Speak directly with benefit vendors, including Retiree First, BlueCross BlueShield, EyeMed, and Ameritas
Ask questions about current benefits and upcoming changes effective January 1, 2026
Update your demographic and open enrollment information
Enjoy a light continental breakfast
Reconnect with fellow retirees and former colleagues
Enter to win giveaways and raffle prizes

    Transparency in Coverage (TiC) Disclosure

    1. Price Comparison Tool: An internet-based price comparison tool is available to enrollees on https://mybam.bcbstx.com and contains personalized in-network and out-of-pocket cost information for covered healthcare items and services.
    2. Machine Readable Files: Machine-readable files (MRFs) are available to enrollees at https://www.bcbstx.com/asomrf?EIN=756000450 and contains the BCBS negotiated rates with in-network providers for covered healthcare items and services as well as allowed amounts paid to out-of-network providers.
