Annual Enrollment is August 7-20, 2025!

Annual Enrollment is coming!

Open Enrollment for 2026 City of Arlington Medical, Dental & Vision benefits runs from August 7–20, 2025.

The next insurance Plan Year will run from October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026. Please review the Benefits Guide(PDF, 885KB) and the Summary of Changes(PDF, 225KB). There is no action needed if you are not making changes. If you do not make any changes, your benefit elections for 2025 will roll into 2025-2026. If you wish to make a change, please complete the Retiree Enrollment/Change Form(PDF, 133KB) and return it to the Benefits Team at RetireeBenefits@arlingtontx.gov.

Deadline: All forms need to be emailed to the Benefits Team at RetireeBenefits@arlingtontx.gov by August 20th.

    Transparency in Coverage (TiC) Disclosure

    1. Price Comparison Tool: An internet-based price comparison tool is available to enrollees on https://mybam.bcbstx.com and contains personalized in-network and out-of-pocket cost information for covered healthcare items and services.
    2. Machine Readable Files: Machine-readable files (MRFs) are available to enrollees at https://www.bcbstx.com/asomrf?EIN=756000450 and contains the BCBS negotiated rates with in-network providers for covered healthcare items and services as well as allowed amounts paid to out-of-network providers.
