Annual Enrollment is August 3-16, 2026!

Open Enrollment for City of Arlington Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits will be held August 3-16, 2026.

The upcoming plan year will run from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Open Enrollment materials and plan information will be mailed to the address on file during the summer of 2026.

If you are not making any changes to your current benefit elections, no action is required. If you do not submit any enrollment changes, your current benefit elections for 2026 will continue into the 2026-2027 plan year.

    Transparency in Coverage (TiC) Disclosure

    1. Price Comparison Tool: An internet-based price comparison tool is available to enrollees on https://mybam.bcbstx.com and contains personalized in-network and out-of-pocket cost information for covered healthcare items and services.
    2. Machine Readable Files: Machine-readable files (MRFs) are available to enrollees at https://www.bcbstx.com/asomrf?EIN=756000450 and contains the BCBS negotiated rates with in-network providers for covered healthcare items and services as well as allowed amounts paid to out-of-network providers.
