April 22, 2025 - Submit or Update your Email Address

We have gone paperless, and we may still need your email address! If you have not submitted your email address to us or have an updated email address, please share this with us by emailing us at retireebenefits@arlingtontx.gov. All communications going forward will be done via email. We will no longer be communicating by mail. Please visit this page and watch your emails for information regarding your retiree benefits!

    Transparency in Coverage (TiC) Disclosure

    1. Price Comparison Tool: An internet-based price comparison tool is available to enrollees on https://mybam.bcbstx.com and contains personalized in-network and out-of-pocket cost information for covered healthcare items and services.
    2. Machine Readable Files: Machine-readable files (MRFs) are available to enrollees at https://www.bcbstx.com/asomrf?EIN=756000450 and contains the BCBS negotiated rates with in-network providers for covered healthcare items and services as well as allowed amounts paid to out-of-network providers.
