The Program Closeout Administrative Policies and Procedures Training is designed to guide subrecipients through the process of successfully closing out a grant. This training will cover the essential steps involved, including final financial and programmatic reporting, reconciling expenditures, ensuring all deliverables are completed, and addressing any remaining compliance issues. It will also highlight required documentation, retention periods, and the proper procedures for submitting final reports to the pass-through entity or funding agency. Additionally, subrecipients will learn about the process for addressing any audit findings, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken before closing out the grant. The goal is to ensure that subrecipients can complete the closeout process efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with applicable regulations.
