Texas Health Arlington Memorial to Host Wellness Fair on June 5, 2026

Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital is hosting a free community Wellness Fair on Friday, June 5, 2026.

The family-friendly event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the South Atrium of the hospital, located at 800 W. Randol Mill Road in Arlington. The fair will bring together experts and local resources to help you live well, stay well and thrive.

Fair activities:

  • One-on-one access to a pharmacist for medication questions.
  • Interactive technology booth
  • Rehabilitation services featuring physical and occupational therapy
  • Support and education from the North Central Alzheimer's Association
  • Tarrant County Area Agency on Aging
  • Meet a registered dietician for balanced nutrition and healthy meal preparation
  • Resources for chronic disease management and prevention
  • Advanced Care Planning and Tai Chi class starting at 11:15 a.m. and one at 12:15 p.m.

Parking is available in the hospital's South Parking Garage off Cooper Street. Enter the building through the South Entrance from the garage and the Wellness Fair will be located through a glass hallway that opens up next to a Starbucks. Light refreshments will be provided.
