Register Now for Arlington's 2026 Aging Well Expo

Make plans to attend Arlington's annual Aging Well Expo to learn important tips and information about how to live your best life here in The American Dream City.

The Aging Well Expo is a one-day event geared for adults ages 50 and up. This free event is organized by the City of Arlington with support from numerous community sponsors. With around 100 vendors, fun fitness demos and free health screenings, there’s something for everyone.

Pre-registration

Pre-registration is now open for the event, which will be held Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026, inside the Esports Stadium Arlington & Expo Center, 1200 Ballpark Way.

Aging Well Expo Pre-Registration

Participants can choose to attend one of two sessions, scheduled from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or from noon to 2 p.m. Each session will offer the same experience. An accessibility hour will be held from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. for participants who use wheelchairs, walkers or other mobility aids.

Complimentary Lunch

Attendees must pre-register by 5 p.m. Sept. 18 to receive a complimentary grab-and-go boxed lunch, which will be available throughout both sessions for participants to pick up and take with them. Complimentary water and coffee will also be available during each session.

Parking and Transportation

Parking for this event is free. Golf carts will be available to help participants get to the venue from the parking lot. Drop-offs at the front entrance are also allowed.

Information about Arlington’s On-Demand service and Handitran services will be emailed to registered attendees before the event. Golf cart shuttles will assist from the parking lot to the front door, and the entrance on the south side of the building is fully accessible.
