Celebrating Arlington’s 150th Birthday
Help Arlington celebrate a milestone 150 years in the making at Celebrating Arlington's 150th Birthday on Thursday, July 16 from 1–2 p.m. at City Hall. Stop by for birthday cake, sign the City's birthday card, and pick up commemorative 150th anniversary giveaways while helping kick off the celebration a few days before Arlington's official birthday on July 19.
Splash Tales
Make a splash at Splash Tales on Friday, July 17 from 10–11 a.m. at California Lane Park. Families can enjoy interactive stories, water-themed crafts, and plenty of splash-filled fun perfect for a summer morning. Registration is required.
BTS for Everyone
Calling all ARMY! Celebrate the return of BTS at BTS for Everyone on Friday, July 17 from 6–8 p.m. at the Southeast Branch Library. Fans of all ages can connect with fellow BTS enthusiasts, create themed crafts, and get concert-ready while celebrating their favorite group. The program is open to ages 5 and up, with some activities requiring adult assistance.
Summer Kids Club
Get creative at Summer Kids Club on Tuesday, July 21 from 9–11 a.m. at Color Me Mine in Arlington Highlands. Kids can enjoy a fun morning of hands-on pottery painting and creative activities as part of Arlington Highlands' free Summer Kids Club series. Registration is required, and space is limited.
Texas Rangers Storytime
Knock it out of the park at Texas Rangers Storytime on Wednesday, July 22 from 12–1 p.m. at George W. Hawkes Downtown Library. The Texas Rangers will lead a special storytime featuring surprise guests and plenty of fun for young baseball fans. This free event is perfect for children under 12, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.
