2026 MLK Jr. Day Closings and Service Schedules in Arlington

City of Arlington municipal offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, in observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday.

Garbage and residential recycling pickups will occur in Arlington on Monday as regularly scheduled. The Arlington Landfill will be open.

Regular office hours and service schedules for some facilities will resume at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20.
