Arlington to Host Emergency Preparedness Fair Sept. 19, 2026

Arlington residents are invited to join local emergency officials for an educational fair in recognition of National Preparedness Month.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 19, 2026, at Levitt Pavilion Arlington, 100 W. Abram St. in Downtown Arlington.
The free event will help residents learn how to be Weather Ready and better prepared for emergencies. Educational booths will offer practical information on:
Giveaway
The first 25 guests who visit every educational booth and complete their bingo card will receive a free 72-hour emergency kit, while supplies last. Limit one kit per household.
Free parking is available throughout Downtown, including the 101 Center Parking Garage, public parking along Front Street and public parking on the west side of City Hall.
Activities: Free children's activities will include lawn games and a coloring station.
Need a snack? Food trucks will be on-site with food available for purchase from Holi Frijole (Breakfast Tacos) and Tom’s Traveling Coffee.
