Community Action Partners, an agency that provides financial assistance to Tarrant County residents, will be on-site at the Arlington Water Utilities South Service Center, 1100 SW Green Oaks Blvd., on Wednesday, August 19 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for scheduled, in-person appointments to apply for financial assistance. Funding is available to assist income-eligible individuals with electric, gas/propane, water utility bills, and veteran services. 

Online appointment registration opens on Wednesday, Aug. 12 at 9 a.m. An appointment is required. Registration will remain open until all available slots are filled.

In addition to income eligibility and being a Tarrant County resident, applicants must be the account holder or an authorized user on the utility account for which they are seeking assistance. Proof of income is required for all household members over age 18. More details about required documentation can be found at the registration link.

Arlington Water Utilities customers can view their water account online at ArlingtonTX.gov/KnowYourH2O or by downloading the Arlington Water app from Google Play or the App Store.
