What's Open, What's Closed on Easter Sunday 2026 in Arlington

Many City of Arlington facilities will be closed on Sunday, April 5, 2026, in observance of Easter. Residential trash and recycling collection does not occur on Sundays.

Regular office hours and service schedules will resume at 8 a.m. Monday, April 6.

Holiday Garbage and Recycling Schedule: Garbage and recycling will not be picked up New Year’s Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
