North Texas partners are invited to take part in a specialized hospitality training session designed to prepare the region for the global spotlight of FIFA World Cup 2026™.
The 90-minute North Texas FIFA World Cup Organizing Committee Hospitality Certificate Program will take place Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the National Medal of Honor Museum.
Led by international etiquette expert Colleen Rickenbacher, the session will provide practical guidance on engaging with international visitors. Participants will learn about cultural differences between the United States and global guests, along with strategies to deliver a welcoming, world-class experience.
The training will also highlight key attractions, entertainment venues, dining, shopping and nightlife options across North Texas, equipping attendees with the knowledge to confidently guide visitors throughout the region.
With millions expected to travel for the world’s largest sporting event, the program offers an opportunity for local partners to strengthen customer service skills, connect with the broader North Texas community and deepen cultural awareness.
