Vendors must follow City regulations and are encouraged to connect early with Planning and Development Services and their Health Services Division to make sure they’re set up for success.

What businesses should know:

  • Permits may be required for existing businesses:

Outdoor activities such as pop-ups, tents, or selling food and merchandise outside your normal footprint may require temporary outdoor event, temporary food permits and/or special event permits.

  • Entertainment District limitations:

Special event and temporary outdoor event permits are paused within the area bounded by Center Street, Lamar Boulevard, Ballpark Way and Division Street:

  • The day before matches
  • Match days

As a result, food trucks, food carts, or other food vending are not allowed in this area during those times.

City officials emphasize early planning and communication to avoid issues and support a successful experience.
