Get Ready for Big Opportunities: Register as a City Vendor Today

As Arlington gears up for major global events like the INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington in March 2026, and The FIFA World Cup 26™ later that summer, now is the perfect time for local vendors and small businesses to get connected with the City of Arlington.
The City is encouraging vendors of all sizes—from solo entrepreneurs to established companies—to register through our Ionwave supplier database. This system not only keeps vendors informed about current and upcoming projects, but also ensures they receive notifications about new bid opportunities and workshops.
“Just like the organizers of major spectator events, the City of Arlington invests thousands of dollars in goods and services to bring these experiences to life,” said Nathaniel Johnson with the Office of Business Outreach. “By registering as a vendor with the City, you position your business to receive bid opportunities not only for global events like the FIFA World Cup and the INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington, but also for future high-profile events hosted right here in Arlington. Don’t just watch history unfold—be a part of it.”
