Arlington Named Top Three Texas City for Working Women

Arlington was named one of the best U.S. cities for working women in a recent study by Elevate Leadership— among the top three in Texas and ranking number 32 in the list of 100 cities.

The study analyzed the 100 most populous U.S. cities to determine where women in the workforce are best positioned to success today. Elevate Leadership analyzed labor force participation, earnings, representation in management and work-life balance, among other factors. Arlington scored most strongly in the categories of female employment/population, female unemployment and entertainment & recreation.
