Residents Invited to 18th Annual Veterans Day Ceremony in Arlington

This Veterans Day, Arlington residents are invited to honor members of the United States and Allied Armed Forces, as well as all military service members from Arlington who lost their lives in service to this country.

The 18th Annual Veterans Day Commemoration Ceremony is set for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, at the Arlington Veterans Park Memorial at Veterans Park, 3600 W. Arkansas Lane.

This year’s ceremony, which will include remarks from city leadership, the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation, and other dignitaries and community leaders, will have special recognition of Tuskegee Airmen and the 250th Anniversary of the United States Marine Corps. 

This year’s keynote speaker is Brigadier General Leon A. Johnson, U.S. Air Force Retired.

The event is organized by the Arlington Great Southwest Rotary Club and the Arlington Veterans Park Foundation and is also co-sponsored by the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation and The Heroes of South Vietnam Memorial Foundation.
