Register Now for Parks' 2025 Thanksgiving Week Camps

Looking for affordable, fun activities to keep the kids entertained during your school’s Thanksgiving Week holiday break?

Arlington Parks, Recreation & Culture offers Thanksgiving Week Camp options for children ages 5 to 12 at five recreation centers located across The American Dream City. Participants, who are asked to bring their own sack lunch, can enjoy a variety of games and activities and an afternoon snack. Register now to reserve your spot!

Camp enrollment fees range from $105-$120 per child per week, depending on the recreation center. Arlington Parks, Recreation & Culture does offer discounts for enrolling multiple children in a camp as well as reduced rates for residents who qualify for financial assistance.

Camps at Dottie Lynn Recreation Center, Cliff Nelson Recreation Center, East Library and Recreation Center and Elzie Odom Athletic Center are open from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24 through Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025. The Beacon Recreation Center is offering three mini-camps scheduled between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. during Thanksgiving Week.

Three camps will be available from Nov. 24-26:

Arts and Craft Mini-Camp: 9 a.m. to noon
Cooking Mini-Camp - noon to 3 p.m.
Sports Mini-Camp - 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
