Fiscal Year 2025, which ended Sept. 30, marked the 18th year of the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation’s commitment to contribute to a thriving Arlington.

Since 2007, the city’s largest charitable endowment has underwritten more than 550 programs or projects totaling $49.3 million for local nonprofits and City of Arlington departments. The Foundation believes in the power of philanthropy to ensure that residents are cared for physically and mentally, are enriched by arts, cultural and educational programming, and have access to meaningful resources and opportunities to help them achieve their American Dream.

Impact Learning Series

In 2025, the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation launched the Impact Learning Series to help strengthen the city’s nonprofit network through free, high-impact workshops and trainings for nonprofit staff and board members. Designed to build organizational capacity and support professional growth, the series offers flexible sessions that address key areas of development while meeting the unique needs of local leaders. The series welcomed more than 100 attendees — more than 70% of which lived or worked in Arlington — demonstrating strong local engagement and commitment to creating lasting community impact.
