Today, the Arlington Police Department, in partnership with the FBI Dallas Field Office and U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas, announced that 21 documented gang members have been charged in connection to a federal Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) investigation.
During a joint operation that took place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, federal arrest warrants were executed for the following individuals:
All of the suspects are members of a criminal street gang known as “Kiccdoe.” Since January 2022, the Arlington Police Department has documented 180 criminal incidents involving Kiccdoe members including aggravated assaults, robberies, burglaries, shootings, and drug offenses. APD has made multiple arrests and filed numerous state charges against members in the past, but wanted to explore additional avenues to disrupt their activity in Arlington. In 2024, the department approached the FBI Dallas Field Office about pursuing federal charges against Kiccdoe.
"Our city is safer with these individuals off the streets," said Chief of Police Al Jones. "I hope our community can rest a little easier tonight knowing that. I also want to thank the FBI Dallas Field Office for their outstanding partnership. Together, we're demonstrating that we will not tolerate violence in our community and we're going to use every resource to stop it.
