Your Chance to Volunteer for FIFA World Cup 2026 Starts Now

The world is coming to North Texas in 2026, and Arlington residents have a chance to be part of it all. With nine FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches happening in our region, volunteers are needed to help welcome the world and make this global event unforgettable.

Thousands of volunteers will be needed — not just for game days, but for events leading up to the tournament. You can sign up now to register your interest and receive updates on volunteer roles.

To be eligible, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of application
• Speak English, additional languages are a plus!
• and be available for up to nine shifts between June 11 and July 19, 2026.

A background check and training will also be required. You can register your interest now through August 2025 by joining the FIFA Volunteer Community. Just complete the expression of interest form to let them know where you’d like to volunteer during the 2026 World Cup.

The official application period starts in August 2025, with interviews and group recruitment events to follow in the fall. Volunteer role offers will go out in early 2026.
