This Independence Day, the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation (NMOHMF) is thrilled to invite families, friends, and patriots of all ages to join in the inaugural FreedomFest: A Fourth of July Celebration. This vibrant, festive event will feature outdoor entertainment and summertime fare honoring the values of freedom, courage, patriotism, and community.

Held on Friday, July 4, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (with last entry at 7:00 p.m.), FreedomFest will treat guests to a day full of outdoor activities, live music, lawn games, and immersive experiences. This celebration is aimed at inspiring and educating the community through the stories, courage, and commitment of real American heroes as we celebrate Independence Day.

“FreedomFest is our way of bringing the community together in celebration of the values we as Americans hold dear: freedom, unity, and love for our country,” said NMOHMF President and CEO Chris Cassidy. “It’s a meaningful, family-friendly way to spend the Fourth, surrounded by stories of those who have served our country with unmatched bravery and selflessness. There’s no better way to celebrate our nation’s independence than by gathering with our family, friends, and neighbors to enjoy classic summertime traditions while honoring the heroes whose service and sacrifices have protected the freedoms we celebrate today.”
