Yee-Haw! Pre-register Now for Arlington’s 2025 Aging Well Expo

Howdy, partners! Make plans to attend Arlington's annual Aging Well Expo to learn important tips and information about how to live your best life here in The American Dream City.

The Aging Well Expo is a one-day event geared for adults ages 21 and up. This free event is organized by the City of Arlington with support from numerous community sponsors. With around 100 vendors, fun fitness demos and free health screenings, there’s something for everyone.

Pre-registration

Yee-haw! Pre-registration is now open for the event, which will be held Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025, inside the Esports Stadium Arlington, 1200 Ballpark Way. This year’s event is western-themed, so feel free to wear your favorite hat, boots or other western wear.

Aging Well Expo Pre-Registration

Participants can choose to attend one of two sessions, scheduled from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or from noon to 2 p.m. Each session will offer the same experience. An accessibility hour will be held from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. for participants who use wheelchairs or walkers.

Complimentary Lunch

Attendees must pre-register by 5 p.m. Sept. 25 to receive a complimentary grab-and-go boxed lunch, which will be available throughout both sessions for participants to pick up and take with them. Lunch will consist of a wrap of either ham, chicken salad, or veggie, a cookie, and a water bottle. Complimentary water and coffee will also be available during each session. Because of space limitations, seating for participants to stay and eat lunch is not available.

Parking and Transportation

Parking for this event is free. Golf carts will be available to help participants with mobility issues get to the venue from the parking lot.
