Westbound I-30 Detour Scheduled During Randol Mill Road Bridge Repairs

The Texas Department of Transportation is alerting drivers about the upcoming closure of all westbound Interstate 30 lanes between Fielder Road in Arlington and Eastchase Parkway in Fort Worth during planned bridge repairs.

This section of westbound I-30 will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19 through 6 a.m. Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, while TxDOT crews continue to repair Randol Mill Road bridge beams that were damaged by a tractor-trailer in June. This section was previously closed Sept. 5-8 for the start of repairs. 

Detour route: Westbound I-30 traffic will detour north on State Highway 360, west on State Highway 183, and south on Interstate 820 to reconnect to I-30 beyond the closure.
