M.C. Escher: Infinite Variations at the Arlington Museum of Art
The Arlington Museum of Art is bringing the mind-bending work of M.C. Escher to Arlington for its summer exhibition through Sunday, August 3, 2025. With over 150 works spanning the career of the graphic designer, M.C. Escher: Infinite Variations explores the metamorphic work of one of the most famous printmakers in modern times. Lone Star Smokeout
The first-ever Lone Star Smokeout is coming to Arlington! This three-day boutique outdoor country music and BBQ festival marks the first expansion for the ACM award-winning Windy City Smokeout, bringing the same country music star power, world-class BBQ, and other immersive pop-ups and activations to AT&T Stadium from May 2-4, 2025. Collegiate Esports Commissioners Cup
The all-inclusive collegiate esports celebration brings collegiate esports athletes from across North America to battle in multiple game titles for the chance to be crowned winner of the Commissioners Cup. Levitt Pavilion Spring Concert Series
Levitt Pavilion Arlington’s Spring Concert Series continues 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2025 with Kin Faux feat. September Moon, and continuing in the weekend at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2025, with Countdown to the Cliburn with Clayton Stephenson. These concerts are free. Open seating is available on the lawn. Please bring blankets and lawn chairs. You also can bring your own food and coolers with beverages, including alcohol, but no glass containers, please. The Arabic Book Club “Kutub” meets on the first Saturday of the month from 1-3 p.m., at the at the George W. Hawkes Downtown Library’s Resilience Room. Members will discuss novels, short stories, poetry, non-fiction, music, feature films or documentaries that explore Arabic culture. Read and discuss what you’ve read. Exploring new cultures, values, and practices is what makes us better human beings as any culture has things to teach us, regardless of differences. Open for adults and seniors. Sewing for Beginners: Windsocks
Learn the sewing machine basics and learn to sew your own windsock decor 2-4 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the George W. Hawkes Downtown Library’s Tinker Room. Materials will be provided. This class is limited to the first 8 in attendance and is appropriate for ages 9+. Event organizers ask that adults with children 9-12 attend the class.

Sunday Brunch
Ventana Grille at the Tierra Verde Golf Club clubhouse is now serving brunch from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. each Sunday. Menu items include four savory Eggs Benedict entrées, Shrimp-N-Grits, Ginger Salmon, and their favorite - Napoleon's Last Meal, a buttermilk fried chicken breast over bourbon French toast and served with maple syrup! "Night Music" Awaken Ensemble and Voices of Fort Worth Spring Concert
Awaken present “Night Music” 3:30-4:30 p.m. Sunday, May 4, 2025, at First United Methodist Church of Arlington. This exciting concert will feature music covering the many facets of the evening. Awaken Ensemble is directed by Sean Hale. Audience members will also have an opportunity to hear another great local choir as Voices of Fort Worth under the direction of Dr. Jerry Bierschenk will be performing as the guest choir.
