Danielle Dulaney Named TMCA’s Outstanding Judge of the Year

Congratulations to The Honorable Danielle Dulaney, Associate Judge for the Arlington Municipal Court, who was selected as the Texas Municipal Courts Association’s 2024 Outstanding Judge of the Year.

Dulaney joined the Arlington Municipal Court in January 2022 and, among her accomplishments, successfully secured a federal grant for the City to establish a permanent Community Court to assist defendants deemed indigent or who struggle with health concerns, addiction or systemic problems.

“She spent countless hours and energy in securing a location, hiring staff, and implementing all the needed forms and procedures,” her peers said of her work to launch the Community Court in 2024. “She has a passion for ensuring fairness and justice for all defendants, especially those in need of additional resources.”
