Arlington native Caleb Hicks is living his American Dream as a professional golfer.
The former UT Arlington and Arlington High men's golfer Caleb Hicks completed his first 72-hole event on the Korn Ferry Tour April 2024 in the Veritex Bank Championship at the Texas Rangers Golf Course. Hicks completed the championship at six-under par 278.
He graduated UTA as the program all-time leader in counting scores with 121. Hicks ranks 3rd all-time in program history in birdies (384) and rounds played (133). A 2018 graduate of Lamar High School in Arlington, Hicks earned individual qualification for state 6A championships as a senior.
