Arlington Good Friday and Easter Service Schedules and Closings

Easter Closings

Many City of Arlington municipal offices and facilities will be closed Friday, March 29, 2024, in observance of Good Friday and on Sunday, March 31, 2024, in observance of Easter.

Garbage and residential recycling pickups will occur in Arlington on Friday as regularly scheduled.

Regular office hours and service schedules for some facilities will resume at 8 a.m. Monday, April 1.

  • Meadowbrook Park Golf Course
  • Lake Arlington Golf Course
  • Elzie Odom Athletic Center, 8 a.m. to noon
  • The Beacon Recreation Center, noon to 4 p.m.
  • Cliff Nelson Recreation Center, 8 a.m. to noon
  • Dottie Lynn Recreation Center, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • East Library and Recreation Center, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the recreation side and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the library side.
  • Arlington Tennis Center
  • Arlington On-Demand

Holiday Garbage and Recycling Schedule: Garbage and recycling will not be picked up New Year’s Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
