It’s Download Day! Updated 'Ask Arlington' App is Now Available

Whether you’re reporting a pothole, requesting an additional trash cart, or tracking the progress of your requests, the newly updated Ask Arlington app has you covered—all in a more user-friendly platform.

About the App

We’ve listened to your feedback and worked hard to bring you an app that’s more intuitive and easier to use. Here’s what’s in store:

• Updated Design: Navigate the app with ease thanks to a new, user-friendly interface that puts all the tools your need at your fingertips.
• Direct Access to the City: Submit requests right from your smartphone.
• Real-Time Tracking: Keep tabs on your requests and know when they’ve been resolved.
• Quick Links to Resources: Find essential information about city services in just a few taps.

The app is available in both English and Spanish.

Download Day Details

The updated Ask Arlington app is available for download beginning Dec. 17, 2024. If you already have the app, here’s how to make sure you have the most updated version:

• Apple users: Simply update your existing app to access the new version. 
• Android users: You’ll need to delete your current app and download the new one from the Google Play Store. 

If you don’t already have the app, you can download Ask Arlington from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Please note, you will need to create a new account to be able to track the status of requests made through the app.
