Register Now for 2023 Aging Well Expo – Free Lunch & Health Screenings

Make plans to attend Arlington's annual Aging Well Expo to learn important tips and information about how to live your best life here in The American Dream City.

The Aging Well Expo, a one-day event geared for adults ages 50 and up, will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17 at the Esports Stadium Arlington & Expo Center, 1200 Ballpark Way. This free event, organized by the City of Arlington with support from numerous community sponsors, is expected to feature more than 100 vendors, fitness demonstrations, health screenings, housing resources, information on volunteering in the community, educational presentations and more.

This year’s keynote speaker is once again Cowboys Legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer Drew Pearson speaking on behalf of WellMed, one of the Expo’s generous presenting sponsors. UnitedHealthcare is also a generous presenting sponsor for this year's event, which will include a thank you from Arlington Mayor Jim Ross.

The first 2,000 participants who pre-register for the Aging Well Expo by 5 p.m. Sept. 29 will receive a complimentary box lunch. Door prizes will be awarded throughout the day. For more information, please call 817-277-8091.

Throughout the Aging Well Expo, participants can take advantage of numerous health screenings, including skin cancer and prostate screenings, blood sugar tests, balance/fall assessments, hearing evaluations, body fat analyzer, leg and vein problem screenings and more.

Parking and Transportation

Parking for this event is free. Golf carts will be available to help participants with mobility issues get to the venue from the parking lot.

This code is available for users going to or from the event between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
