March 2023 Student-Athlete of the Month: Briana Rodriguez

Briana Rodriguez, a senior on Bowie High School’s softball team, has been selected as the City of Arlington’s Student-Athlete of the Month for March 2023.

Rodriguez pitches and plays second base for the Lady Vols. She was named All-District her sophomore and freshman years. Rodriguez has earned Academic All-District every season. 

“She’s always driving her teammates to push to be better every single day,” said Cera Holder, Bowie Head Softball Coach. “She drives our energy for the team.”

Rodriguez, whose favorite subject is Math, will play softball for Texas College and major in Criminal Justice.
